  • Do I need to make an appointment?
    Yes. Amari Bridal operates on a by appointment basis only so that we can focus on providing a personal and exceptional bridal experience. Booking is easy and you can do it online or over the phone. We are always here to help, email info@amaribridal.com, or call 256.270.8895
  • How long is an appointment?
    Our bridal appointments range from an hour and a half to two hours based on the style you book. You can also schedule your accessories and bridesmaids appointments, please check out our Appointments page for more details.
  • What is the price range of your dresses?
    Our gowns are all sold off the rack with a majority falling between $800 - $4,000.
  • What size are your gowns?
    Our inventory primarily consists of bridal sizes 4-14 which fit street-sizes 2-12. We occasionally have gowns both smaller and larger than this range, but this is not consistent. If you wear smaller than a 0 or larger than a 12, we still want to help!
  • Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment?
    We recommend bringing any undergarments you feel most comfortable in. Most of our clients wear nude pieces and bring a strapless bra and spanx. We recommend light makeup and a hair clip/tie.
  • What is the start-to-finish process of purchasing my dress from Amari Bridal?
    When shopping at Amari, we strongly recommend coming prepared to walk out with a gown. Because we sell samples, we do not place orders - there’s only one of each dress. Demand is high and dresses don’t remain in our shop for long!
  • Do your offer/include alterations?
    All alterations and/or cleaning is the bride's responsibility.
  • Is there a fee if I cancel my appointment? Why?
    There is no fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment and we are happy to reschedule your visit. However, if you cancel less than 48 hours of your appointment you will be automatically charged the cancellation fee. We are thrilled to be a small, intimate boutiqe and have limited appointments available each day. Our waiting list is often excited to step into an available appointment, and If you cancel last minute we lose the chance to help another bride find her dream dress. *We are always here to help and understand that emergencies arrive.*
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    All of our gowns are Final Sale. Amari Bridal does not accept any exchanges or refunds once you have purchased your dress, and/or accessories.
  • I already have my dress. Can I try on accessories?
    Absolutely! We love helping all brides accessorize with your dress and day in mind. You are more than welcome to bring your dress in and try it on to make sure the veil and jewelry you select with us looks exactly how you envisioned for your wedding day. Please choose the "Accessories Appointment" when booking.
  • What is a Sample Sale Gown?
    Sample Sale Gowns are perfect for the bride that dreams of a luxury wedding dress on a budget. They have been tried on but never worn down the aisle. We have a great selection of gowns that are available to purchase off the rack and retail between $800 - $2,500. All Sample Sale gowns are in pristine condition but heavily discounted. *You will be able to take your gown home the same day!*
